Returns/Exchanges: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please contact the fulfillment partner for your order listed in the shipping confirmation e-mail or on the packing list included with the shipment. You may also contact Torpedo Golf directly to obtain return merchandise authorization (RMA) either by phone (702) 990-3203 or e-mail: tim@torpedogolf.com E-mail is generally most effective. The merchandise must include original packaging and be in new condition. Returns must arrive to the fulfiller within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Credit Card Refunds: On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Provided the putter is in “new” condition and in its original packaging, Torpedo golf will refund the purchase price minus the training aid ($49.95) as well as a restocking fee of $5.00 charge. The customer is responsible for postage to the fulfiller. Torpedo golf does not accept returns of the training aid unless it is damaged in transit to the customer.
